“All religions teach humanity; no one can be the best Muslim, Hindu, Sikh or Christian unless he is the best human being,” said Hiba Fatima, a student of Bodhan town school of Nizamabad district, Telangana, who has translated the Shrimad Bhagavad Gita into Urdu in a record time of three months.
Not to rest on her laurels, Hiba is busy translating Guru Granth Sahib, the book of Sikhism, and later wishes to do the same for the Bible.
Hiba Fatima comes from a middle-class family. The family lives in rented accommodation in a non-Muslim neighbourhood. This exposed Hiba to different faiths and their ways of worship.

She started asking questions about Hinduism and found that everyone had a different reply.
So, instead, she decided to study Hinduism and read Gita. Soon, she was studying the teachings of other religions. Her father Ahmed Khan was her biggest supporter and a guide through her journey of learning.
Hiba follows Islam and yet she has started a mission to spread the message of humanity around her. Her work of promoting communal harmony gets her love and appreciation from all sides.
Hiba is not proficient in the Sanskrit language and yet she managed to translate Bhagwat Gita into Urdu with the help of Hindi, English, and Telugu languages. Religious scholars and clergy of all religions have recognized her abilities and praised her.

Hiba Fatima's name is registered in the International Book of Records, World Wide Book of Records, High Range Book of World Records, Nobel World Records, and others for achieving this feat.
Hiba Fatima was always a bright schoolgirl. She studied in Urdu medium but is proficient in Hindi and English languages. She did her ICSC from Standard Girls College Bodhan with high marks.
Fatima changed her medium of education and completed M.A. in English from Maulana Azad University. She also completed her Diploma in Education and is determined to become a teacher.

Her father Ahmed Khan has a soap business and her mother Zahdah Parveen is a homemaker. The family has its roots in Maharashtra. Recently, she was honoured by the government of Maharashtra at a special function.

Hiba also posts videos on equality in religions on her YouTube channel. She is keen to take online classes as many people have shown interest. She needs funds to carry forward her mission She said that we cannot get the fruits of development without ending religious hatred.
Hiba Fatima’s message to the youth, especially the girls, is that they should not waste time and participate in the work of social reform to help make India a paradise.
