Celebrities and politicians, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, tweeted their respects, echoing the sentiments of pride and gratitude felt by millions.

The Defense Ministry’s official account posted a video montage of the Kargil War, highlighting the heroism and sacrifice of the soldiers. Users responded with virtual salutes, patriotic songs, and messages of solidarity.

Amidst the digital commemoration, a collective sense of unity and pride swept across X reinforcing the spirit of Kargil Vijay Diwas. A user posted "Final touch up to the Kargil War Memorial, Drass.
