Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann married Gurpreet Kaur in a private ceremony at his residence in Chandigarh on Thursday morning.

Among those who attended the wedding were AAP leaders including Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Raghav Chadha.

Gurpreet Kaur is a practising doctor currently living in Mohali with her family. She hails from Pehowa in Kurukshetra and did her medical studies at a college in Ambala.

The wedding took place according to tradiitonal sikh rituals.

Mann was dressed in a golden attire with a yellow turban studded with 'Kalgi'.

Guests at the wedding were treated to some authentic Indian and Italian cuisine.

Mann’s first wife Inderpreet lives in the USA with their two children, Dilshan and Seerat aged 17 and 21 years respectively.
