Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday distributed 75 thousand offer letters to the newly inducted appointees across 50 different locations across the country.

He had earlier virtually inaugurated the Rojgar Mela. BJP's national president was also present in this event.

A few months ago, he had mentioned a requirement for 1 million jobs and had asked various ministries to complete the recruitment process in the next one and a half years.

The appointees will be inducted in the various departments affiliated with the central government.

PM Modi is of the opinion that this step of the government will encourage the youth.

PM also said that the government is on the path to fulfill the commitment of a developed and self-reliant India.
